I am currently working at Vivint where I help lead both the UX/UI and UX/ID teams responsible for the overall design and user experience of our digital and physical product experiences. Previously, I lead a team of designers on the Nike Run Club app at Nike. My career has taken me to New York City, Austin, Portland, and most recently Salt Lake City, Utah.
Outside of work I spend the majority of my time raising three sickeningly handsome boys.
I enjoy photography, road-biking, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and playing tennis.
You can find me on Instagram, Dribbble, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
"Mark has incredible talent and very diverse skill set. He has the traditional agency background but has been a force at Struck in expanding those skills into the digital medium. He is a true hybrid creative with a great design sense. He also has the maturity to work with clients and manage the process beyond just getting the job done."
Steve Driggs - Executive Creative Director/Partner, STRUCK
"I worked closely with Mark Rawlins for 4 years. He was a huge support to the new business efforts of the company. Together we successfully presented and pitched to many clients. Through his ambition and understanding of the advertising landscape, we were able to get into several pitches that we otherwise would not have been able to get into."
Kyle Snarr - Director of New Business, STRUCK
"Mark is the real deal. When it comes to creativity there are all kinds of players in the world, and Mark is the kind of creative you want on your team. He has a natural business mind and understands the real marketing aspects of advertising. Whenever I had a potential client I would ask Mark for advice because he could quickly understand their target market and know, from instinct and experience, the right mediums and messages I should focus on.
I would recommend Mark to any company or agency looking for a creative director. He gets it. He knows how to lead a team in the right direction and deliver targeted marketing/advertising campaigns with substantial ROIs."
Spencer Taggart - CEO, Social Commerce Institute
Mark was amazing colleague and mentor to work with during my first job at a creative agency. His ability to, not only innovate great concepts and designs, but to hold a team together during the creative process was invaluable. Being a good designer is one thing, but knowing how to bring people together collaboratively is a skill in its own right, and he does it with ease. I learned a great deal from him then and have continued to learn from him as his career expands to show more and more of his talents.
